Grant Park Building & Grounds

Oversees maintenance of building and grounds through scheduling, organizing and managing required parent workdays. This committee is also responsible for special projects for the school such as building & refurbishing furniture, playground equipment & expansion design & construction. Responsible for development and adherence to building and grounds budget.

Responsible for developing and implementing health and safety procedures. Responsible for working with director to make sure the preschool is in compliance with state and local health and safety laws. Oversees trash, recycling, fire alarms and security systems. Coordinate with Education/Parent Involvement and other committees as necessary.

Each month one parent from this committee will be the person on call to assist the Director with repairs or emergency situations related to the building.
